This release brings the chat on a Contact record and the Mutual Assist tab in line with each other.
Draft emails, draft text messages, and use the information on a contact, all from the tab. It will first confirm who the contact is, pull that contact in and show it to you so you can check it, and then start on whatever you asked for.

Click the clock icon in the chat box, next to the pencil icon, to see them. You can rename, pin and delete individual chats, just as you can on the tab. Chat sessions in both places are saved for up to 15 days.

If you edit a drafted email or text before sending it, the chat history now shows the edited version.
For example, moving from a Salesforce how-to question to a Five9 question no longer errors out.
On the Mutual Assist tab, if you make your browser window smaller, the chat sidebar collapses so only the chat remains. It opens again when you make the window larger.
